Machine features
This machine is mainly made from stainless steel and Aluminum alloy.
No need stone bolt, can move to the aimed location according to production requirement.
There is adjustable device for the label coils. It can adjust the label coils according to the coil core, 5~10 inch tube.
Used for round or square bottle, both okay.
Transmission device can be adjusted according to different shape bottle without tool.
Sleeve style: pressure type.
Automatically control the label feeding system, at same time strike-off the label and adjust the tensile.
 

When change the cutter, no need change the cutter block.
Center guiding pole clipping system can realize fast mold change.
Label coil location device can realize synchronous adjust up or down location.
Adopts JP. Stepping motor and high sensible photoelectric, has high label cut accuracy.
Electric control box from Stainless steel, PLC and HMI control system.
