The carbonated beverage filling machine is also known as an isobaric filling machine and is mainly used for producing soda beverages. Since the liquid is mixed with carbon dioxide gas through pressurization, a specific pressure is maintained throughout the filling system, usually 0.3 MPa to 0.5 MPa. In addition, since carbon dioxide is more stable in a low-temperature state and low temperature can increase the solubility of carbon dioxide in water, in order to increase the dissolved amount of carbon dioxide in water, beverages are usually cooled to 0 - 5 degrees Celsius for carbon dioxide mixing and filling. During the filling process, in order to minimize the loss of carbon dioxide as much as possible, a specific isobaric filling process must be used. Its working principle is to establish a gas path connection between the filling cylinder and the empty bottle, so that the carbon dioxide in the filling cylinder enters the bottle due to the pressure difference and establishes equal pressure between the filling cylinder and the empty bottle. Under the same pressure in the bottle and the cylinder, the carbonated beverage is filled into the bottle and remains in a relatively stable state, and carbon dioxide does not escape in large quantities from the beverage.
